DELOS project will be carried out based on a two
level partnership: at a first level the 'Project
Consortium', composed of key actors in the domain
of market intelligence and observation in the
field of ICT in Education and Training, providing
a broad coverage of important European countries
and, at a second (complementary) level, the 'Strategic
Advisory Committee', that will provide the
