About HELIOS
HELIOS is a European Commission supported research project aiming to establish a sustainable observation platform to monitor the progress of eLearning in Europe vis-à-vis policy objectives and to forecast future scenarios of e-learning evolution.
HELIOS aims at observing the impact of eLearning on a number of thematic policy priorities. In particular, HELIOS will be able to “filter” the existing information though a set of policy areas and so to show not only the state of development of eLearning, but also the impact of eLearning on the following policy priorities:
- Access to learning
- Employability
- Personal development/citizenship
- Internationalisation of Education and Training
- Organisational change
- Innovation of Education and Training
HELIOS is supported by the European Commission in the frame of the eLearning Programme and is run by a consortium composed by:
