The POLE Approach


  • A Study on Lifelong Learning in Europe, with a selection of case studies and a critical presentation of the impact of ICT on Lifelong Learning policies for Employability and Social Inclusion, together with a collection of Good Practice examples and benchmarking criteria for lifelong learning policy development.
  • A series of Policy Guidelines to promote and support Lifelong Learning at the European, national and at regional level.
  • A Virtual Community of Experts and of Policy Makers in the field, a forum that will be animated through the launch of the POLE web site and initially coordinated by the project team, with the aim to start a possibly sustainable online forum, via the MENON Network?s portal at www.education-observatories.org.
