A representative number of European Experts in the field of LifeLong Learning where identified and this virtual platform is facilitating the interaction of Experts.
The presentation to this Virtual Community of Experts of a Study based on Desk Research conducted by HUT Dipoli resulting in a Paper written by Mr Tapio Koskinen, Mrs Terhi Werdmundsen, Mrs Tiina Kaipio and Mrs Helena Rimali and the discussion and of the results of the Field Research of some 16 Case-Studies and the Four Seminars on ICT and LLL for Employability and Social Inclusion where the European Experts contributes to highlight the main issues that LLL policies are facing today will produce a report containing a series of policy guidelines and recommendations to promote and support lifelong learning at the end of the project..
